Re: Announcement of Product Consolidation

Dear Customers,

Please be informed that, to catch up with rapidly changing market trend, we have reviewed our product line and come to consolidate some part of it. Here we are sorry to announce that items listed on the attached form will never be produced after June 2007. Present stock in our warehouse still will be sold on First Comes, First Our basis until all sold out.

We would like you to understand that basically the purpose of this consolidation is to improve luminous intensity and at the same time to integrate the obsolete product line into a good order. So we are certain that, though some segment will be discontinued, surviving packages will be supplied with much improved quality. Your understanding and acceptance of temporary inconvenience is highly appreciated.

Concerning the replacement, please do not hesitate to ask our salesman in charge.

This package consolidation affects some part of our chip production as well. Concerning the discontinuity of chips, please kindly ask our sales staff too.
