According to a Taiwanese media's article published last month, Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. (“Toyoda Gosei”) is said to be negotiating with a Taiwanese LED lamp manufacturer in respect of technical tie-up including granting Toyoda Gosei's White LED License. Following the above publication, a number of inquiries are made to Toyoda Gosei. Toyoda Gosei hereby expressly denies that there is no such fact, whatsoever. No patent license owned by Toyoda Gosei has ever been granted to any Taiwanese LED manufacturer. Again, there is no fact, whatsoever, that Toyoda Gosei is negotiating with any such company in respect of the patent license owned by Toyoda Gosei.
