This fact requires a sophisticated design, a shiny look, and a well-considered
color expression. TG responds to these needs with a variety of decorative
technologies (surface processing) through painting and plating. |
Various decorative methods, reliable analysis technologies,
and wide know-how support our development. 
TG has been developing a surface processing technology to add luster,
as there is much demand for a shinier radiator grille. There are two
types of metallic painting methods in our painting decoration - highly
lustrous and deeper color looks.
Chrome, dark colors, and matte plating are used in plating decoration.
Partial plating is also possible with technology for special metal
mold processing.
Simulation technologies are effectively used in the development process.
We use flow analysis to anticipate in a designing stage where a defective
weld between resin parts occurs and how deep it is. Deforming analysis
is also used in the stage to know how product may be deformed. Discovering
problems and dealing with them in an initial phase of designing saves
us from making a prototype and shortens the development period, leading
to lower development cost as a whole. |
