Combination of a purple LED and special RGB phosphors
produces natural light.
TG
is trying to put a white LED into a practical use to replace a bulb.
A traditional white LED emitted light by combining a blue LED and
its complementary color, yellow phosphors. But there were problems
that its color rage was small and that some colors were unnatural.
TG has developed a new white LED, TG True White Hi, which consists
of three primary colors of light, blue, green, and red special s plus
a purple LED, TG Purple, has an excellent color rendering property
very similar to natural light. Color rendering property is a criterion
to measure similar colors under natural light and artificial light.
TG True White Hi achieves 90 level of average color rendering index,
which is high enough to observe art and to do clinical tests.
TG True White Hi shows upgraded color rendering property and brings
top-level brightness in this industry. |
Many possible uses in addition to lighting, including backlight
TG True White Hi can be applied to many places due to its similarity
to natural light. Possible uses include art museums and museums, or
shops to illuminate products. It is good for meat and fish as it is
difficult to see how fresh they are when they are under ordinary lighting
systems. It is also effective for clothes because lighting affects
their color impression.
Furthermore TG True White Hi can be used for backlight, car navigators,
liquid-crystal TV sets, and personal computers as transmitted light
passing through a filter. TG will develop much brighter TG True White
Hi to meet a broad range of demand. |
