| Side braids are attached to the body sides as protective strips. After molding, double-coated highly adhesive tape is affixed to the braids for adhesion to the body and then the side braids are painted. Defective braids generated in this process were burned without recycling. Ends produced during the injection molding process have been recycled. However, it was hard to properly process defective braids on the recycling line because of the paint film and double-coated adhesive tape. We have now solved the problem on the recycling line by scraping off the paint film and adhesive tape with rotary teeth before crushing. This meticulous approach is one of the features of our environment-oriented policy. |
