Kiyosu, Japan, June 15, 2018: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. held an election for Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 15. After the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Board decided to transfer some Directors and Corporate Officers and to make partial changes in organizational responsibilities. Organizational reform and personnel change were also carried out on the same day.

4．Organizational Changes (Division level and higher)

　4-1. IT Headquarters (newly established)
　　　A new IT Headquarters was established and the IT Planning Division was moved from the Finance and Accounting Headquarters
　　　to the IT Headquarters in order to increase efficiency across the company with the use of IT.

　4-2. Production Headquarters

　　　Production Engineering Management Division was split and FC Production Engineering Division 2 and
　　　FC Manufacturing Division 3 were newly established to prepare for production at the new Inabe Plant.
　　　With this change, the name of the FC Production Engineering Division was changed to the FC Production Engineering Division 1.

 

　4-3. Sales Headquarters
　　　Sales Division 2 was split and the new Sales Division 3 was established to enhance sales activities.

　　(The Sales Planning Division was changed to a department in the Sales Headquarters.)

　4-4. General Administration and Human Resources Headquarters (Name changed: formerly, Corporate Management Headquarters)
　　　To strengthen in-house safety and hygiene activities globally, the Safety & Health Promotion Division was moved from the
　　　Corporate Management Headquarters to under the direct control of the President.
　　　Together with this change, the name of the Corporate Management Headquarters was changed to the
　　　General Administration and Human Resources Headquarters.

　　　The SS Engineering Division was split and the SS Development Division newly established to enhance the
