Toyoda Gosei Announces Changes in Corporate Officer Responsibilities, Organizational Changes, and Personnel Changes
Kiyosu, Japan, December 26, 2022: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. announces changes in corporate officer responsibilities, organizational changes and regular personnel changes that will go into effect as of January 1, 2023.

Automotive Business Management Headquarters
▽To further enhance manufacturing that is solidly based on management with the Toyota Production System (TPS) philosophy and strengthen global competitiveness, Toyoda Gosei is taking the functions of the Operations Management Development Department and Manufacturing Promotion Department out of the Production Administration Division, and establishing a new Operations Management Development Division.
Research and Development Headquarters, business headquarters for each business area (FC, IE, SS)
▽As the company strengthens its advanced development abilities and promotes development across the different product areas to deal with CASE technologies in the future, advanced development operations are being split off from the IE Development Division, SS Development Division, and EV and FVC Development Division, and a new Mobility Development Division is being established. Together with this, the Technical Planning Division is being closed and its operations are split and transferred to the Mobility Development Division and New Value Development Division.
▽To speed up the move to mass production of newly developed products tied to the company’s 2025 Business Plan, the IE Development Division, SS Development Division, and EV and FCV Development Division are being moved to the IE Business Headquarters, SS Business Headquarters, and FC Business Headquarters, respectively.
