Kiyosu, Japan, December 26, 2016: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. announces the following organizational changes, to take effect on January 1, 2017.

1. Organizational change (division level or higher)

 1-1. Corporate Management Headquarters

  (1) A new organization, the “TG Learning Center,” is being established to cultivate personnel who can act on a global stage. Together with this, the name of the previous “Human Resources Development Division” has being changed to “Human Resources Division.”

 1-2. Quality Assurance Headquarters

  (1) To strengthen our actions in improving operational quality, the TQM Promotion Division has been moved from the Corporate Management Headquarters to the Quality Assurance Headquarters

 1-3. Production Headquarters

  (1) To improve our manufacturing ability, the Operations Management Development Division is being merged into the Production Administration Division

  (2) New Quality Control Divisions for weatherstrips (WS), functional components (FC), interior/exterior (IE) products, and safety systems (SS) to strengthen our quality control functions in each product area

2. Changes in organizational responsibilities of Corporate Officers
