Announcement of Management and Organizational Changes
Kiyosu, Japan, December 23, 2021: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. announces management and organizational changes that will go into effect as of January 1, 2022.

2．Organizational Changes(division level and higher)
Corporate Strategy Headquarters
▽To create and embody new value through business activities, the Digital Transformation Department and the venture investment function of the Corporate Planning Division will be added and integrated into a new value creation function in a newly-established New Value Creation Division.
▽To strengthen business planning of affiliated companies, the business planning and revenue management roles that carried out by the Affiliated Companies Management Division are being transferred to the Corporate Planning Division and Finance & Accounting Division, respectively. Together with this, the Affiliated Companies Management Division will be closed.
Research and Development Headquarters
▽To strengthen the development system for the creation of new value, the research exploration and advanced development functions of the Technical Planning Division, Advanced Materials Development Division, and Life Solution Business Headquarters are brought together in a newly-established New Value Development Division.
Some functions of the Advanced Materials Development Division (mass production materials development) are being transferred to the Material Engineering Division, and the Advanced Materials Development Division is being closed.
Automotive Business Headquarters
▽To strengthen production technology development in the entire IE business field, the name of the Emblem Division is being changed to the IE Production Engineering Development Division.
