TG Participation in Hunet Co., Ltd.
On September 20, Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. (president: Tokio Horigome) resolved to effect its capital participation in Hunet Co., Ltd. (Oji, Kita-ku, Tokyo; president: Masayuki Ogisaka) by underwriting all Hunet's new shares allocated to a third party.
By applying field sequential color liquid crystal technology, a revolutionary liquid crystal driving technology possessed by Hunet, the two companies will collaborate to expand and develop Hunet's liquid crystal business and Toyoda Gosei's LED business.
