1.Organizational Changes

1-1 Product Planning Center, Optoelectronics Business Unit 
Part of the LED development function of the Optoelectronics Development Unit will be incorporated into the Product Development Division.

Aim
To strengthen the advanced development system of interior/exterior components.

1-2. Product Development Center
The Product Development Center will be reorganized according to vehicle field and systematic unit.

Aim
To speed up technological development and make its operation more efficient.

1-3. Rubber Parts Production Center
The Rubber Parts Production Center will be reorganized.

Aim
To strengthen the management of the AS business field and optimize its management span.
