Kiyosu, Japan, June 17, 2015: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd held an election for Directors and Auditors at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 17. After the General Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, the Board decided to transfer some Directors and Corporate Officers and to make partial changes in organizational responsibilities etc. In addition, organizational reform was carried out on the same day, and the content of these changes is as follows.
