Toyoda Gosei to Merge Manufacturing Subsidiaries in East China
Kiyosu, Japan, April 2, 2018: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. will merge its two manufacturing subsidiaries in East China, Toyoda Gosei (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. and Toyoda Gosei (Zhangjiagang) Plastic Parts Co., Ltd.
These two companies, both established in 2003, produce safety systems and interiors & exteriors, respectively. The merged company will continue under the name Toyoda Gosei (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. With the merger, Toyoda Gosei aims to improve its management efficiency.
