Announcement of Management and Organizational Changes
Kiyosu, Japan, December 23, 2020: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. announces changes in corporate officer responsibilities, organizational changes and regular personnel changes that will go into effect as of January 1, 2021.
1. Changes in Organizational Responsibilities of Corporate Officers

2. Organizational Changes (division level and higher)
Corporate Strategy Headquarters [New]
▽The Finance and Accounting Headquarters and the Corporate Planning Division will be merged to form a new Corporate Strategy Headquarters
▽Revenue management, business planning, and accounting audit functions of domestic and international subsidiaries will be consolidated in a new Affiliated Companies Management Division
Research and Development Headquarters
▽To strengthen product planning, advanced development functions will be consolidated in the Product Planning Center
▽In the Product Development Center, the following names shall be changed: SS Development Division to SS Engineering Division 1, and SS Engineering Division to SS Engineering Division 2
▽The Lighting Engineering Division will be abolished, and its functions integrated into the IE Development Division, IM Engineering Division, and EM Engineering Division
FC Parts Production Center
▽To strengthen the organization of the fuel cell vehicle (FCV) business, such as high-pressure hydrogen tanks, the functions necessary for planning, production technology development, and manufacturing will be consolidated in a new FCV Business Unit
(The following names shall be changed: FC Production Engineering Division 1 to FC Production Engineering Division, FC Production Engineering Division 2 to FCV Parts Production Engineering Development Division, and FC Manufacturing Division 3 to FCV Parts Manufacturing Division)
Life Solution Business Headquarters [Name changed]
▽The name of the General Industry Products Business Headquarters shall be changed to Life Solution Business Headquarters. To put in place systems for business creation in non-automotive fields, new organizations will be established by function, such as planning, sales, and engineering.

▽To accelerate development in key fields, such as deep UV LEDs, the Light Source Device Development Division will be integrated into this business Headquarters
