Naoki Miyazaki expressed his wish to retire from the position of Representative Director (continuing as Chairman), and his request was accepted.

He is scheduled to take the offices of Vice Chairman of Toyota Boshoku Corporation and Audit and Supervisory Board Member of Hino Motors, Ltd., respectively, on the days of each of those companies’ next general shareholders’ meetings.
