Kiyosu, Japan, February 3, 2023: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. held a board meeting on February 3, 2023, and informally decided the following Executive appointments. These appointments will be officially made at its100th General Shareholders’ Meeting’ approval scheduled to be held in June 2023 and the Board of Directors Meeting that will be held soon after the Shareholders’ Meeting.

With these executive appointments, Toyoda Gosei’s top management will become younger, helping the company’s sustainable development over medium-and-long term period in the future.
