Toyoda Gosei Announces Changes in Corporate Officer Responsibilities, Organizational Changes, and Personnel Changes
Kiyosu, Japan, December 24, 2024: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. announces changes in corporate officer responsibilities, organizational changes and regular personnel changes that will go into effect as of January 1, 2025.
1. Changes in Organizational Responsibilities of Corporate Officers

2. Organizational Changes (division level and higher)
Corporate Strategy Headquarters
▽To more efficiently further the company’s medium to long-term business plan (2030 Business Plan), the Strategy Promotion Division will be integrated into the Corporate Planning Division.
▽To strengthen the business planning functions of international affiliates, the functions of the Affiliated Companies Business Planning Department will be split off from the Corporate Planning Division and a new Affiliated Companies Business Planning Division will be established.
▽To further reforms of the earnings structure, the functions of the Profit and Cost Control Department will be split off from the Finance & Accounting Division and a new Profit and Cost Planning Division will be established.
IT Headquarters (name will be changed to IT Digital Headquarters)
▽To strengthen information system functions and facilitate DX activities, the IT Planning Division will be split into two new divisions, the IT Digital Platform Division and the IT Digital Solution Division.
Parts of the Corporate Strategy Headquarters, parts of the Research and Development Headquarters and the Life Solution Business Headquarters (reorganized as the New Value Business Headquarters)
▽To build a consistent system from the creation until the commercialization of a new business, the New Value Creation Division, New Value Development Division, and Life Solution Business Headquarters will be merged to establish a new New Value Business Headquarters.
▽To strengthen advanced development of safety systems and interior and exterior products that looks beyond 2030, the New Value Development Division will be split and a new Mobility Development Division will be established.
Research and Development Headquarters
▽For integrated management from development to mass production of rubber and plastic materials, the Material Development Division and the Material Engineering Division will be reorganized by material as the Material Engineering Division 1 (Rubber) and Material Engineering Division 2 (Plastic).
FC and WS Business Headquarters
▽To achieve business growth by leveraging Toyoda Gosei’s expertise in rubber field, and to execute more efficient overall operations, the functions of business planning and profit control will be reorganized as the FC and WS Business Planning Division and the FC and WS Profit Control Division.
