Kiyosu, Japan, August 29, 2025: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. has made the decision to dissolve its subsidiary in China, Toyoda Gosei Star Light (Tianjin) Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (TGSL), as a part of its restructure of the company’s earnings in its Chinese business.

Amid the upheaval in the automotive industry, Toyoda Gosei is reorganizing its global operations as a part of its commitment to sustainable growth in the future. In China, against the backdrop of changes in the business environment, such as production decrease of Japanese car manufacturers, it has determined that TGSL will not be able to grow the business. Therefore, it will dissolve TGSL to improve management efficiency.
