Kiyosu, Japan, November 14, 2025: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. has released its annual report, “Toyoda Gosei Report 2025,” on the company’s website (https://www.toyoda-gosei.com/kigyou/library/pdf/TGReport2025_ENG.pdf).

This report is published annually to deepen understanding of the company among shareholders, investors and other stakeholders. It includes the company’s growth strategy as presented in its 2030 Business Plan, ESG (environment, social, governance) activities, and financial information.*

This year, the report was compiled around the company’s efforts in the key focus areas of safety, comfort, and decarbonization, which are the key values Toyoda Gosei contributes to society. The company’s CxOs also introduce strategy in the fields of technological development, manufacturing, human resources, and finance. The report has expanded explanations of strategy in each business area and provides more detailed explanations of measures to develop technology and grow sales.
