Toyoda Gosei Announces Changes in Corporate Officer Responsibilities, Organizational Changes, and Personnel Changes
Kiyosu, Japan, December 26, 2025: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. is making changes in Director and Corporate Officer responsibilities, organizational structure, and personnel, to go into effect on January 1, 2026.

3. Organizational changes (division level and above)
Research and Development Headquarters・Automotive Business Management Headquarters・Sales Headquarters (reorganization)
To accelerate the creation of future markets and new products, the Research and Development Headquarters is reorganized into an organization specializing in advanced development.
▽ To accelerate research and development in elemental and advanced technologies, a new Advanced Research and Development Division is established and the Mobility Development Division is reorganized (the Mobility Development Division is abolished).
▽ To strengthen the development of functional materials, a new Material Development Division is established and the advanced development operations in material engineering departments are transferred to the new division.
▽ To strengthen the control of advanced development, the Technical Administration Division is reorganized and a new Research and Development Management Division is established.
(Other functions are transferred to the Automotive Business Management Division. The Technical Administration Division is abolished.)
▽ To further enhance collaboration in market and customer exploration and customer proposals, the technology communication functions of the Design Development Division are transferred to the Sales Planning Division.
▽ To strengthen collaboration with mass production development and automotive divisions, the Engineering Management Division and the Electronics Engineering Division are transferred to the Automotive Business Management Headquarters.

FC and WS Business Headquarters
▽ To enhance the sharing of departmental knowledge and know-how, strengthen collaboration, and raise the efficacy of development by consolidating the production engineering development functions in the company’s core rubber business, the production engineering functions of the FC Production Engineering Division are integrated with the WS Development Division, and the name is changed to the FC and WS Development Division.

Directly controlled organization
▽ A new Group & Partners Executive Leadership Development Department is established at the division level with the following aims.
• Develop next-generation management personnel for sustainable growth of the Toyoda Gosei Group and supply chain
• Communicate and pass on the management knowledge and expertise of top managers, advisers, and outside directors
• Contribute to the sustainable growth of industry that supports Japanese manufacturing
