Announcement of Corporate Officer Structure, Changes in Corporate Officer Responsibilities and Personnel Changes Effective April 1, 2026, and Structure of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members After Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting in June
Kiyosu, Japan, February 20, 2026: At a Board of Directors meeting held today, Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. has determined Corporate Officer structure, changes in Corporate Officer responsibilities and Personnel Changes. An informal decision was also made on the structure of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members following the 103rd Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled for June 2026. The structure of Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members after the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be officially decided upon approval at the Shareholders’ Meeting and a resolution by the Board of Directors at a meeting to be held after the conclusion of the Shareholders’ Meeting.
